In 2019, we communicated with our Russian customer through email about various technical problems of wear-resistant products. Because the customer has been engaged in the production and sales of wear-resistant products in coal mines in Russia all year round, he used to purchase cutting pick production line from another manufacturer in China, but he was not satisfied with the products. It was very difficult for him to explain to the users the loss of alloy head and the fracture of cutting teeth body, which makes him very uncomfortable. After we understood their problems, we firstly explained our technology to him, then we invited him to visit our office, and then we cut the cutting teeth on site to see its cladding depth, so that he could see the actual situation. But he was still worried about the performance in the actual working environment. In order to reassure the customer, we made 5 samples for him to bring home for trial. After a period of trial, the customer finally chose us and ordered a cutting pick production line. Meanwhile, in the later cooperation, we often received the cutting picks cladding orders from the customer, because of his over orders. In the process of cladding cutting teeth, the alloy head is protected by plasma equipment twice, and the alloy powder is used to make a wear-resistant welding path along the periphery of the alloy head, which can increase the service life of the product. At the same time, the cutting pick body we use is calcined, with excellent hardness, wear resistance and toughness, and its performance in the industry is highly recognized by customers.
