The laser cladding system combined with robotic arm motion control can be used for cladding processing on the outer wall, inner hole, and surfaces of irregularly shaped parts. This configuration is characterized by flexible movement and the ability to perform cladding processing in multiple directions and angles. Specifically, for large workpieces that require on-site processing, the robot and laser system can be integrated as a whole, with a mobile loading vehicle design to facilitate transportation and handling of the equipment.
