Three groove ultrasonic rinsing, cleaning and fine washing to ensure the workpiece surface without oil and dust and other impurities.
High frequency brazing is to weld the alloy body to into the circular groove of cutting pick body.
High frequency vibration equipment eliminates residual stress inside the product.
Sand cleaner is to remove impurities caused by brazing on the workpiece surface.
With wear-resistant coating cladding, the alloy head can be protected by secondary cladding to prevent the alloy head from separating from the cutting pick body and prolong the service life. Meanwhile, the cutting body body can be recycled and the alloy head can be purchased again for repair and use, reducing the cost.
Clamping machine is to install the workpiece clamping spring.
